Please note that custom personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are uniquely handcrafted to your specific requirements. We appreciate your understanding.

Defective or Damaged Products

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide photos or videos.

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund service immediately upon verification.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3–7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

Shipping Fee for Returns

• If the return is caused by a customer’s personal reason (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.

• If it is due to our product quality problem or a shipping error, we will bear the full shipping cost to ensure a worry-free experience for you.
