What materials are your puzzles made of?
Our products are made of high-quality eco-friendly wood, premium paper and safe acrylic materials. All materials are non-toxic, durable and finely polished, suitable for adults and kids.
Can I change the design after placing a custom order?
We accept design modifications within 12 hours after order payment. Once the production process starts, no changes can be made. Please confirm your design information carefully before ordering.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders take 1-3 business days to process, and custom orders take 3-5 business days for production. The international shipping time is 7-25 business days according to different countries.
How can I track my package?
After your package is shipped, we will send a tracking number and tracking link to your registered email. You can check the logistics status in real time.
Why is my shipping delayed?
International logistics may be delayed due to customs inspection, local holidays, extreme weather and other uncontrollable factors. We will actively track the latest logistics progress for you.

Can I return custom products?
Custom personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, because each custom product is uniquely made according to customer’s personal needs and cannot be resold.
What should I do if I receive damaged products?
If you receive defective, damaged or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt and provide relevant photos or videos. We will offer free replacement or full refund for free.
How long does the refund take?
After we receive and confirm your returned goods or confirm the after-sales problem, the refund will be processed within 3-7 working days and returned to your original payment account.
